OEM PDA Manufacturers

Does anyone know of a OEM PDA manufacturer or contact that will supply about 2,000 - 4,000 PDA's per year customised from whatever existing platforms they may have, must run Windows CE or similar. We don't want the plastic cases just the main PCB screen batteries etc. as we will customise this to fit in our product. Quantities seem to be too low for the big manufacturers. Would prefer European supplier but will consider far east or USA
