Which PDA

I am intending to buy a PDA and have narrowed my choice down to HPs IPAQ6340, IPAQrx3715 or IPAQhx4700. All will I think run SAT NAV which I intend to purchase inthe future. I like TOM TOM, but is this the best choice or would a better combination be available and if I go with one of my three preferneces, which would work with TOM TOM and give me the least user hassle?
