Which Memory To Use - SD or Compact Flash

I have a new PDA, a HP Ipaq HX2490. Very happy with it, superb piece of kit, glad I opted for this one. It has 2 memory card slots, for compact flash and SD. I'm just about to buy a new card, what am I best off using, Compact Flash or SD? Or is it that it simply makes no difference. And advice appreciated. Thanks!

It makes no difference, it's a bit like saying do you prefer chips or french fries (unless you're in America). They are just ways of storing files which are different sizes and costs.

Only one point I can think of is that SD cards tend to draw power when left in the socket so be careful the battery doesn't run down as this will lose all the info on the PDA.
