MyGuide 3500xl + TT5

My uncle has just bought a MyGuide 3500xl PDA with sat/nav. He has installed Tom Tom 5 on the pda & everything appears to work, except 1 little thing - No Voices - The voice folder is on the sd-card & showing about 50 voices, but when you go to change a voice, it only shows 5 & they are all greyed out.

I thought that it may of been an install problem, so I put my own card into his pda (I have the Acer n35 with TT5 - works perfect) installed TT5 onto his pda, with the same results - No Voices -

Any sughgestions, hints, tips or help would be much appreciated. Thank You in advance.
