Failed Customer Service

I recently bought an iPAQ 6340 with additional accessories which arrived OK. Apart from the screen protectors. The staff were not to know this because the pack was certainly there but when I opened it I found it empty.

After 4 calls and being told "We'll look into this". Jesus H, look into it...? It's a few quids worth of screen protectors...!

I am still waiting for the protectors.

My advice:

Check All deliveries, open ALL packs and then sign.
