Help i need a external antena for my tom tom navigator 5 .I have been looking around but i can not find one with a rg11 connector on it .Any ideas

You mean RJ11?

An external aerial uses MMCX antenna connector which should fit most devices.

I need a external aerial because the one supplied with my tom tom will not work in my car due to the windscreen.The tom tom has a rj11 connector on it and i want a external aerial so i can use it in my car

The Athermic coating on the screen normally has a four inch gap at teh bottom of the screen and the is a blank spot just behind the rear view mirror. Your wired reciever would have a better chance of working from these positions.

If not this reradiating antenna would help.
