Explanation on downloading audible books and music to Ipaq

Hi
Can anyone give me advice on downloading music and audible books onto my IPAQ 2110. I have them all stored in Itunes but cannot get them transferred. Do I need a seperate memory card for this.

You would need a storage card as audio files would normally be to large to store on the pda's internal memory and I'm not sure they would be in the correct format for the windows media player to playback. You would need to check what format the files are in.
