Angry No valid GPS signal

I am trying to use BT-GPS bluetooth receiver with Tom Tom on my Vodafone VPx PDA but it comes back as "NO valid signal received". Can someone please help?

Stand outside under a clear sky (no trees or anything between you and the sky) and as far away from tall buildings/obstructions as possible..

It can take a while, especially if the first use as the device needs to update it's sat loaction records BEFORE it is able to work out where you are.

Hi,

Have you checked you have the right hardware selected in your TomTom. this is under preferences and check GPPS settings. Naturally defaults to wireless, if you have cable etc you will need to change this.
