PDA tracking

We are trying to find a PDA with software that will work just like a vehicle tracking system that is downloadable from the office based computer to track the PDA movements throughout the week and provide the detail to substantiate the service engineer’s timesheet.
Additionally this would help recover the unit if lost or stolen
Can anybody help

Currently there are no PDAs that offer this sort of feature built in.
