affordable pda with wireless

im looking for an affordable pda. it must have wireless and a decent amount of RAM,and a color screen. im not too bothered about the OS, but would prefer a Windows OS, but i will definately consider a Palm OS. it doesnt have to be brand new latest, an older model will suit fine as long as its decent. thanks for any help you might give
