ipaq 3600 upgrade

Hello,

I have an ipaq 3600 model with basic features. i would like to upgrade the same too. I had browsed some websites and found some expansion slot CF expansion slot available.

But can anyone suggest me for having an expansion slot with the following features ?

1. Memory expansion - 3GB
2. Blue tooth
3. Wireless

I also found a camera gadget available for the ipaq. is it worth ?
