Magellan GPS 310

I have four handheld Magellan GPS 310's all of which have stopped tracking satellites..Apart from that they appear to start up as normal but simply cannot find an position.

As it affects four different GPS's it is obviously not a fault with any particular one but must involve some kind of update.

Can anybody offer any advice on this
