Default Which PDA?

I want ot buy a pda for everyday use and satnav,my budget is upto £250.It will need to be new and have the following...

Bluetooth
CF slot to take CF sirf III antenna.
Satnav compatability
Decentish spec
at least 300mhz processor
If possible come with car cradle.

I will be looking to buy a sirf III antenna and Tomtom 5 on sd card to use with this pda.Any help in finding this would be greatly appreciated.

closest to that spec is the HP 2190.

Although you would be better with the mitac since it has Sirf III reciever built into it and comes with the card cradle and charger.
