custom software for Digital devices

There is a new website called IPswap.com that allows people to custom request software upgrades to thier digital devices. I want to have a program written for my PDA and was wondering if anyone has used the service?

Also, if you how did it work out? Has anyone heard of the company? Last questions... does anyone know of other companies that will develop customized software for PDA and digital devices?
