Medion MD41800

I've just got my hands on an old Medion 41800 pda with NAVTEQ installed. The maps appear out of date by a long way. Where can I get updates and is it possible to use TomTom5 maps although the software is NAVTEQ.

Am new to this game so no technical explanations please.

I have the same model and cant find update map software dont know what im looking for realy help please i keep getting lost
