Can't re-install tt nav3 on new ipaq 2190 !!

Hi, can any help. just got a new ipaq 2190. On trying to re-install my tt nav 3 from last year (e-bay copy !!), not installing, just the error box (send error/ don't send errror).

I don't think nav 3 works on windows mobile 5.
