Default Show Day and Date

Hello, I am new to this forum and new to using an SPV M1500 running WM-2003se.

The date on my Today screen is shown as "2 July 2006" and I would like it to display "Sunday 2 July 2006" etc.

I have seen screen-shots of PPC's displaying the date in this format, so I guess it can be done.

I have searched but cannot find an option on the PPC to do this. Is it there?

If it is not a standard option, is there a Today Plugin that will do it for me?

Many thanks.

It looks like the day only appears when you use English US settings.

Hi Martin.
I Just tried switching from UK to US and you are right. Trouble is, the date and currency etc are wrong. So back to UK settings. Odd they should think Brits don't need a quick reminder of the day of the week!

I'm still hoping someone knows of a Today Plugin that will change this for me.

Thanks for the reply.
