Default Choosing A PDA

I have a Toshiba Pocket PC which I have a had for about 3 years and it is working well but I want to upgrade to give me Bluetooth and wi-fi. My specification is:-

Spend £250-300
Bluetooth
Wi-Fi
Connection to PC for syncronisation
Memory 128mb
Speed - as fast as I can get for the money
Wallet
Cradle & charger

I have so far found Dell and Acer to meet this spec with the Dell X51 520 & 624mhz and the Acer N51 (cp.n500h.024) 520mhz.

What other options are there?

The refurb is a good deal since you get everything you would get if it was brand new. Same warrenty same accessories Different box though. This doesnt have a wallet you get a plastic flip screen that stops the screen getting scratched.
