Calling all owners XDA Mini S / Imate K-Jam!

I'm looking at purchasing the XDA Mini S.

However I was wanting a little bit of input from owners of this phone, before I put my money where my mouth is.

At the moment I've got the XDA II s, however have a few gripes with the phone and am looking for something a little smaller.

A couple of my major niggles are:
- Lost data when battery dies
- Lack of a conventional phone lock
- Phone function

If you guys can tell me they've fixed these issues I'll go out and buy one tommorow!
