Default Best PDA for my needs?

I am looking for an pda that can do the following;

View Emails/Reply
Browser the internet
Log onto aim, msn, yim
Runs on your internet connection (just put something in your computer and connect them and then go somewhere else with your pda and be able to access the internet on your pda while being away from your computer)
Organizer

Any idea?

Something like ipaq 2490 would do all of this although you need a wireless internet connection at home for the last part.
http://www.totalpda.co.uk/HP-iPAQ-2490--NEW.aspx

It has bluetooth so you can connect it to your phone and access the net via GPRS. It also has Wifi so you can access teh net via a wifi hotspot. You would need pocketpc versions of aim and yim.

The only was to do this would be by wifi. You would either need to buy a wifi router or talk your ISP into to giving you one.
