Whick PDA phone

Having got sick of carrying a PDA and phone I am now looking for a combined unit and have narrowed my choice down to 2 units

1 XDA/MDA mini with O2/T-Mobile

or

2 SPV M3100 with Orange

Both would initially appear to have similar features and are a similar size running Windows Mobile 5 with the M3100 having the faster processor but i can see very little other differences other than aesthetics.

Any comments advice would be greatly appreciated

The only difference is the processor that would swing it for me.
