Can PDAs display pdf files?

As the title says, can you read pdfs on a pda? Could anyone also suggest which PDA to buy? I only really want it for the above task, but if a GPS capable system only costs a bit more then I would be interested in one of those.... I'm looking to spend about £200-£250($350-$450). Thanks for any help

Thank you for the link charlie. I was able to install the acrobat reader in my PDA. I am just curios if there are ways to maximize the page so that it can be readable. The PDF was converted to a smaller scale and is already in grey scale although the original pdf is colored.

Any tips will be much appreciated
