Is There Any-one That Can Help Me!!!!!!!!!

Hi all,
i need help, i have an HP ipaq rx3715 and have bought an HGP-100 universal pda-based gps navigation system, i have tom tom 5 softwear on a 1 gb scandisk. the problem is the tom tom keeps telling me that i have "no gps device!". i have been through all the set ups. 1 OTHER CABLE NMEA GPS 2GPS BAUD RATE 4800 3 SERIAL CABLE ON COM1. But sill no GPS device!

Can any one help me with this problem PLEASE.

IS THERE NO-ONE THAT CAN HELP ME!!!!!!
