iPaq rx3715 successor?

I'm new to PDA's but a mate of mine has an iPaq RX3715 which would fit my needs.

Problem is, they're now discontinued.

Can anyone give me some advice regarding which PDA is the successor to the RX3715.

The closest would be a ipaq 2490 although it doesnt have a camera. The ipaqs with cameras these days are the PDA/phones.
