Big buy ahead for a school. Suggestions?

I am in charge of looking for a suitable PDa for use in schools by students and staff!! The two models I have been looking at are the Asus MyPal A730 Bluetooth/Camera PDA and the HP iPAQ rx3715 Euro or UK Pocket PC both of which are in the price range I can afford at about £200-250 and have capability of editing word/excel etc accessing the internet, picking up emails and a camera. Ideally with IR, and Wifi, bluetooth not used at our school so not necessary but a nice extra.

The problem I have is that both models are now discontinued at the suppliers I looked into and am hesitant to buy a discontinued model. So any recommendations? What newer versions are out there as all the newer ones I found come without a camera, are way out of my price range or are a mobile phone which is not needed for a school mobile device!

Please help, I am looking to buy one for a few key staff before we roll out a huge purchase for the students and staff! Yup a bit scarey but what the leadership team at school want and certainly the way forward!!!

There are'nt really many PDA's with cameras since the 3715 was discontinued its mostly only PDA phones that now have cameras and they would be over your budget.

I would look at the ipaq 2490 as this will do everything else you are looking for.
