SPV M2000 How do I copy contacts on to sim

Hi can anyone help.

I have a new SPV M2000 from Orange with a dual sim. I want to transfer my phone numbers from the SPV memory to my sim. I have studied the manual and the only way that I can see is to transfer them one at a time. I have contacted Orange but they were unable help.

If anyone has any idea's on how to transfer all of them at once, or at least in blocks please tell me.

Start contacts on the PDA press menu - sim manger - contacts to sim.
