City Maps HELP!

I recently bought and downloaded a city map for Paris. I followed the setup instructions however when I go into the programs files, there is no city map for Paris available. Also when I load the navigator and click other maps, a message appears saying that no other maps are installed.

Any ideas, I have tried it installing the map on both an SD and the pocket PC. I can see the files but cannot load them.
