Default Acer N35

Pls i cant seem to get my acer n35 to charge anymore using the sync cable and the TomTom is not working anymore even though the SD card is inserted in it.IS it a software problem or is it me doing something wrong?

Welcome to our forums.
It is unlikely to be a software problem that is causing your Acer not to charge. Does it charge from the mains?

it does charge from the main and also wiv the car charger.

So your device and battery are OK.

Which points to the USB lead/connector has been damaged or your USB port has failed.

Try plugging in to another USB port.

Also, check under power/battery. Check the option "enable fast USB charging" is enabled. Slow charging wont work.

Also you can only charge devices from a USB2 socket.
