need help again

i have a hp ipaq h2210 with a syson 256mb gps card, i've up graded me tom tom to number 6, but the troble i'am haveing is that when i go in2 the in2 t/t it brings up the mappping but and locks on 2 the sats, but it just shows no gps recieaveing, and the red light on the syson card has lock on2 a sat/light,

but if i reset it on the pda, and give it 10mins, it clears self, and am able to get a lock on, and pin points me to where i am, i do not wont to keep doing this as i've been told it will wipe the memory, and has any 1 else had this problem, and did they get round it?????

Is it a CF GPS card?

Tomtom always has problems with these and the 2210 isnt listed as compatible. I'm sure I saw someone mention on the pocketgps boards that a few people have had this working though. You might want to have a look there.

it is a syson cf memory gps, compactflash (256mb) if thats any help!!!
