ActiveSync duplicates Contacts

I have a synchronisation problem - Activesync has duplicted some (all? most?) of my Contacts records! THis duplication now reflects on my host PC.

Anyone got any suggestions?

I guess what I need to do is to "tidy up" my host copy, delete the iPaq copy and then synchrinisation one-way only... does that make sense?

Yes thats what you need to do.
Delete your current partnership then create a new one ensuring you select the correct sync options i.e. dont duplicate/overwrite pda/overwrite PC etc.
