Default PDA/GPS newbie advice needed!

Hi all,

Brand new to these forums and just finding out now about PDAs and GPS and stuff...

Am looking to treat myself to a PDA handheld device with GPS functionality on it, but have no idea what to go for.

My budget is £200 maximum.

Things I would like are:

1. GPS on the PDA that will let me put on maps in Europe, specifically France, Germany and Poland.
2. It can be used as an external hard disc for my PC (not so important, this one)
3. It can be used to hook up to my iPod to play mp3 files.

Does such a wonderful thing exist??!

Many thanks

Yes, look at the TomTom go 510/710/910. But these are over your budget

I don't think the ONE has iPod conectivity, but would do everything else. You'll need to purchase the EU region map version (not the UK only one).

We're not going to be able to get a PDA with European maps for that budget.

The closest would be this one.

Although you would have to buy the Euro maps from destinator themselves.

You can also use your pda as an MP3 player if you get a big enough memorycard. There is no way to connect to an ipod anyway.
