Some newbie advice

As a complete novice to PDA I an looking for a device which will support both GPS capability and also synchronise my MS Outlook emails and calendar from my company laptop which hosts the MS Office Professional . I Keep on reading good things about Dell Axim and HP Ipaq but would appreciate any advice. This is a first purchase of a PDA device so I would like to allow a budget of between £200 and £300 pounds .

I'm assuming your budget is for the PDA only?

I've used Dell previously, and they make reliable solid units. I only replace my X5 out of personal pref to have something newer and faster.

I went for the iPaq HX2790. Another good machine, doesn't quite have the same solidness (IMV) that Dell has, but still a good buy.
