Acer N35 Power Problems !!!

Every time my N35 runs out of battery power, it hard resets. Which is a pain as i have to re-install all the software etc. Any ideas anyone HELP...

All PDAs do this when the main and backup battery run flat.

The N35 has an auto-backup feature which can be enabled. Your manual will explain how to use this feature.

My problem is the Acer N35 PDA receives power from the external power but is not charging. (and no green Light).

Any sugestions or has anyone got a circuit diagram for the Acer N35 ??
