I need help purchasing a new Smartphone

Hi All, I currently have a Treo 650 and I am almost to the point where I can upgrade my unit I love the media capabilities that the Treo has so my choices are:

oany of the Treo 700 series units (does the 700wx model support .prc files)

othe UTStarcomm 6700

othe Motorola Moto Q

Any info will be great so that I can make an informed decision.
