Default Software confusion !

Hi, I have had an 'iPAQ' 2190 since last summer, recentley dicovered that i appear to have 'BT Phone Manager' all ready installed. Does this mean i can use my pda as a hands free phone ?, Do i need to speek to my mobile network for settings ect...?. Also in 'connections' there is an icon saying network cards, how do i know if any are installed as there is a list of 8 possibles when i tap on the said icon !!!!!!. Its all getting very confusing. I am not a techno phoabe, but can't seem to get my head round this one.

BT phone manager is to assist in using your mobile as a modem.
