View A4 on PDA ?

I currently manage an out of hours technical service for a large company which requires access to A4 files. Which PDA will be best suited for this task and how easy is it to actually find what you are after - what VIEW do you get on the screen ?

Speed, reliability required over cost. Minimum USB connection and extra memory.
