What PDA

First of all SORRY for asking this question but I have spent a couple of hours looking for an answer but can't find one.

I havent had a PDA for years and am out of touch with what is available. I am looking for a PDA that will give me email access by dialing an ISP access number and downloading emails into Outlook that can then be read off-line. I used to be able to do this but now GPRS and Wi-Fi seem to be the norm but this is not cost effective for me as I will be traveling in Europe.

If in Europe, then T-Com (part of T-mobile) do some good Wi-fi access packages.

Or, many providers allow you to use your BT (or other provider account, Swisscom etc etc) and be charged back to your UK account. If you have a T-mobile phone already, then you can have charges added to your mobile bill at a slightly better rate than PAYG or non t-mobile account.
