How do I Access the PIM databases?

I need to be able to navigate to the PIM databases on a Windows Mobile 2003 device. The PIM databases then need to be transfered onto an SD card. I have tried searching for them on the device, but to no avail.

Does anyone have any suggestions about accessing the PIM databases?
