hi there every1, i have a hp2210, and the trouble i've got is that i've forgotten me password, to the pda, am just wondring if there is any way round this, so that i can get in2 it and turn the password system off,

every time i put the wrong password in it just seems to freeze, and i have to reset,

would be great full for ur help,

The only way is a hard reset - which means you'll loose everything.

If using WM5, and/or credant then the password will remain even after a hard reset.

is there any programs that i maybe able to get hold of in order to find out what the password is,??? or at least be able to get in2 the main program in order to turn the password system of???

One would make Passwords pointless, wouldn't it. HP may be able to help or advise.

so how do i do a hard reset then, (pretty plz tell me)

Enter the wrong password 20 times and it should auto hard reset, if not hold down the two outer buttons and press and hold the reset button until the PDA screen goes blank.

Check the faq section i wrote the procedure a long time ago.
