PDA replacement, advice required

Hi all,

I've had my Toshiba E-400 for a few years now, used mainly for TomTom with my wired GPS receiver. However, I want to move on up in the PDA world so I'd like some advice.

My budget for my next PDA, (used), is about £70 to £90. My minimum requirements are bluetooth, 3 inch screen, 64mb memory, windows mobile 5 and possibly wireless.

So if I was looking around ebay, which make and possibly model would you experts recommend?

You're hoping a bit given your budget.

New these devices would be £250+. The only way you'd meet your budget is by using some dodgy seller - of which there are plenty selling PDAs on ebay. You'll most likely end up with something broken which many new users here seeking help ended up with.
