Help to find PDA . . .

I have never owned a PDA but I wanted to now.

I don't really have a clue as to what PDA would fit me but these are the following features that I wanted:

Word, Powerpoint and Excel - able to view/create/edit/save
Bluetooth feature
Wi-Fi
SD (external memory) slot
preferably with keyboard
fast processor

Kindly help me find a PDA/smartphone that would be good for me.

Also, is it advisable to buy from ebay rather than getting a contract? As I don't really use much credits? Thanks.
