Default iPAQ with Margi Presenter-To-Go. Help

Hi.
I am very interested in getting my first PDA and am liking the look of some of the iPAQ PDAs.
I will need the PDA to have a video output so that i can have the gps displayed on my head unit screen in my car, whilst looking in the forums I found out about the Margi Presenter-To-Go.
I found one at the link below and it says its £12 but on other sites its over £100. so could someone confirm this is everything i need or is this an ad on for the Margi Presenter or something like that?
http://www.expansys.com/p.aspx?i=104369

also could anyone confirm it will fit PDAs from the iPAQ series. I have done a bit of reserach and think it will but want to make sure befor i start buying.

Im not sure which PDA i will get so if anyone has any suggestions of a good pda with phone, gps, and able to play mp3 (camera would be a bonus) then sugestions are welcome. I lookin to spend about £100 on ebay or the PDA seen as its going to be m firs one.

thanks in advance for our replys.
