Medion Mdppc250

I have been using my medion for sometime now with tomtom 5 without any problems, but over the last couple of days the view seems to be running slow & the map position jumps from position to position, as if only getting signals every 10 seconds or so. can anyone help????

This is usually caused by having programs running in the background or too many POI's showing on screen.

Have stopped all background programmes & not added anything lately but will try removing some of the gumph.
