Default Buying a new PDA, but which one?

So, I have about 500-600€ euros to spend, thats like 600$ about.

Heres some features i need:

Bluetooth
WLAN b/g
Memorycard slot
USB port ofcourse
Windows mobile, atleast 5.0 (or is there other possibilities, id really like to have a nice interface and some java support and stuff)
GSM
400+ MHz CPU

And then some that would be more a wish not a must.
VGA screen
QWERTY Keayboard
Windows mobile 6
Maybe a camera

Got any suggestions?
If it does meet the requirements partly post anyway.

Thanks!
Id really appreciate if you guys can help me out!

The HTC tytn and Ipaq 6915 meet most of those requirements.
