University PDA

Hello
First time poster here. I am heading to University in less then a months time and was looking at a PDA to take to keep up to date with lectures. I have anything up to £200 roughly and have been looking at the hp ipaq rx5720 which looks good with the tom tom sat nav. Would anyone be able to recommend one that could potentially be of more use to me then maybe this one?
