Default Changing the language on a PDA

I am a novice to PDA's.
I have a Medion MDPNA1500 that originated in Germany and as such is installed with a German version of windows.
I need to reinstall an english version of WM 5.
How straight forward is this & how do I update the ROM.

Also I am after an English version of the Operating manual.

Any advice appreciated.

You will need to purchase the English ROM from Medion.

I have been in contact with Medion. They cannot flash the ROM for me or supply any help in doing this myself (something to do with microsoft legal crap).
Hence I am trawling the net for information & advise.
Please PM or post any advice on the procedure or where I could get the PDA flashed.

Thanks

Sorry for any confusion but Rough_cut _gem & Kar are the some person. I managed to get my original account (rough_cut_gem) activated & I am using that account.
