Exclamation Business PDA

Good afternoon

I know you all get a lot of questions regarding which PDA is best/most suitable etc, but i've scoured the forum for an answer to my question but with no luck!

I've never bought a PDA before but now need one for work.

I'm out on the road all day visiting clients so need to:

* Sync up with Microsoft Outlook during the day
* Use Microsoft Word/Excel
* Use ACT! Professional (contacts database)

Like i said, i apologise for asking but i really don't know what to do!

Unless ACT! has a Pocket PC version, then this will need to be done through Outlook exchange.

Any PDA will do what you ask, so the question has to be what other functions must you have (GSM, Sat-Nav upgradable, Bluetooth, Wifi etc), and what is your top budget.

This is the info i have on ACT! and the sync:

http://www.actaddons.com/products/20...panionlink.asp

I got the impression that some PDA's could support the program, although what is the difference if it needs to be done through Microsoft Exchange?

The budget is fairly flexible as it'll be bought by the company. I suppose the only function it'll need to have is Bluetooth, but SAT NAV could be handy (My Tom Tom needs an upgrade!)

Thanks for your help

And
