i have just received this phone free of orange, i would like to store a data base of my customers on it, name address tel num etc, i am useless with these things do ineed to download software to do this if so where from or is there a database alredy on it thanks

You can store all that kind of info in outlook and contacts on the PDA. Otherwise if you want to access database files you would need to buy a databse program for the PDA.
