XDA suddenly "mirror imaged" !!!

Had a quick look through the forum,couldnt see anything related so apologies if this has been posted before!
However, my o2 XDA Execs display has suddenly, and without warning, mirror imaged! Everything is back to front and the wrong way round, so as you can imagine, made it pretty useless. Its a couple of years old now, so out of warrenty. Im a bit gutted as I have not long ago bought and registered my Tomtom software to this device. Does anyone know what would cause this, and is it repairable?
