2 devices in one mini usb

Default 2 devices in one mini usb

I have a Vodafone 1605 (I believe its a HTC TyTn)
I want to be able to plug the car charger & handsfree set into the phone at the same time.
Can you get a splitter or adapter that will achieve this?

Why not invest in a bluetooth headset instead?
